Adventures in Morgantown offers a unique perspective on team building by using a table top role playing game, like Dungeons and Dragons. We come to your location and provide a game session built for your team. It’s a different kind of corporate team-building experience. One built around collaboration, communication, creative problem-solving, and a shared story. Participants work together toward common goals, make decisions as a group, adapt when things don’t go as planned, and discover how their individual strengths contribute to the success of the team.

Unlike traditional team-building exercises, tabletop role-playing gives participants a reason to collaborate naturally. Teams might negotiate with a suspicious character, solve a puzzle, plan their way through a dangerous situation, or decide together how to overcome an unexpected obstacle. There is rarely a single right answer, encouraging players to listen to one another, consider different ideas, take calculated risks, and build on the contributions of their teammates.

No previous gaming experience is necessary. We can tailor the games and rules for the level of experience of your team.

Instead of asking employees to perform “forced-fun” workplace exercises, Adventures in Morgantown provides a memorable challenge that they can tackle as a group. The result is an event that they will talk about afterwards and get the team excited to work together on their daily tasks.

Group size:

We can accommodate various group sizes, but find that 5 to 6 participants is the ideal size to ensure that everyone is engaged and is able to have a voice at the table. Get in touch to discuss options for larger groups.

We recommend approximately 3 to 4 hours per session, but are happy to customize content for shorter or longer sessions.
